Returns Policy

At Belle Mode, you can return most items for a full refund or exchange
, within 14 working days of dispatch. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt and you should expect funds to be returned to your account within 5-10 working days, depending on your method of payment and card issuer. Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns. However, this is something we're hoping to offer in the future. 

 Please note that returns will not be accepted if: 

  • Items are outside of our 14 day Returns Policy
  • Items are marked/stained/no longer in resalable condition 
  • Items are returned smelling of odours/perfume
  • Items are screwed up/ripped/damaged after receipt
  • Items are missing tags or original packaging
  • For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns which include bodysuits, swimsuits, pierced jewellery or underwear  

Items purchased at a discounted/sale price or from our Vintage range will be accepted, however, they will be strictly exchange only - due to stock management and control. A store credit of your order total will be issued for you to spend at your leisure. If you purchase an item with your Store Credit and send that item back as well, the Store Credit will be added back to your account rather than a refund. 

If you would like to return an item hassel free, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 72 hours with instructions of how to return items from your order.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Orders usually arrive within the following estimated times: 

  • UK: 1-4 working days 
  • IE: 4-7 workings days 
  • Rest Of World: 6-14 working days

Please note that some items may take longer to arrive if they're on pre-order, ordered over Black Friday, over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Please note, if there is a problem with a parcel being Lost/Stolen, Unfortunately, a refund will not be processed back until there has been a claim confirmed with Royal Mail - this is to assure that the order has in fact been lost in transit. A claim with Royal Mail can take up to 30 working days to process and can only be proceeded once a parcel has been missing 15 working days in the UK and 20 working days for International parcels.

*Free Delivery on Orders over £50 only applies to UK and Ireland. If you're located anywhere else in the EU or International, order total will have to accumulate to £70 to qualify for Free Delivery.
